Meet Our Team!

 Jeanette brings over 12 years of specialized experience in applied behaviour analysis and developmental services to White Pines Academy. Combining clinical expertise, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial vision, she is passionate about helping adults with autism and other special needs build independence, confidence, and life skills.

Her background includes working with children - implementing Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) - and supporting youth and adults at a developmental service provider in Toronto; providing behavioural consultation at a forensic psychiatric hospital; serving as both a behavioural associate and manager at a group home for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities - with high behavioural needs; and developing curriculum for adults with special needs at a similar educational facility.

Jeanette holds educational backgrounds in applied behaviour analysis, psychology, and social work, with additional specialized training in crisis prevention, quality assurance, and trauma-informed CARE principles.
