The Pathways to Employment Program is a 12-week employment readiness program that combines classroom training with hands-on job sampling. Job sampling is a short volunteer opportunity that involves going to different businesses/community partners and being able to apply the concepts that were taught in the classroom - while learning hands on experience in the moment. These job sampling opportunities are done in a group setting and are supervised and supported by staff from White Pines Academy.
SKILLS ASSESSMENT:
Prospective students must undergo a one-time skills assessment prior to being accepted into the program. The assessment fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable.

The Pathways to Employment Program meets the criteria to be funded by DSO's Passport program.
A minimum of 4 students is required.
A maximum of 10 students can be accommodated.
Tuition Cost: $4,320.00
Payment plans/options are available and can be discussed with the Program Director.
Additional Costs:
Student lunches, any public transportation fees, and community outing fees, are paid by the student with cash/debit card.
